Customer says the PC fell flat on the floor and ever since then they get the following error message on boot up:
The fan was also quite noisy. It’s a Zoostorm PC with an ASUS motherboard (F1A55-M) with CPU AMD A6-3500.
When we opened the case, the USB motherboard cable was unplugged from the front ports. However, the problem was still apparent.
All PC technicians know that faulty USB ports can cause all sorts of weird problems from random blue screens, reboots, web cam problems on laptops etc.
We inspected the on-board USB ports and discovered that the pins were bent. Obviously, this can’t be due to the PC falling over on the floor! The pins were touching the metal IO ports. As soon as the pins were unbent, the PC worked fine. Get best Laptop Repairs in Preston at Expert Computing.
